DAMAGED ITEMS 

In the event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 24 hours of receipt, at info@silkandsaffron.eu with: ✅ Your order number ✅ Photos of the issue.

We will assess and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund in line with our return policy.
